Norally House NC vacation rental fees

May thru July $3800- week stay/$725 a night 4 night min.

August thru Jan. 4th $2800- week stay/$600 a night 2 night min.

Jan. 5th thru April-h $2800-week stay/$600 two night min.

HOLIDAY WEEKS-4th of July Week, Christmas week, New Years week, Thanksgiving week $4000 or $750 a night-4 night min.

Rates based on 18 guest.

May add up to 9 additional guest- $25 a day for additional guest or $125 for a week stay for additional guest
All fees include cleaning. There are no other fees and or charges.

Inquire ***wedding limit is 60 guest. There is a noise restriction which takes effect at 10:00 PM during the week and 12:00 midnight on weekends. Which means no load noises that may be annoying to other properties in the area which is about one acre away. There is a $1000 fee to host a wedding and reception at Norally House in addition to the regular vacation rental fee.
It is wise to shop ahead for the right property as the mountains of North Carolina is a popular location for weddings. Usually arrangements and bookings are made 1 year in advance.

$2000-up to 18 guest week stay/$400 a night 2 night min.

Jan 5 thru April

$1800-up to 18 guest week stay/$500 a night 2 night min.

$2500 up to 18 guest week stay/$575 a day with a four night mim stay.

All rates are based on 18 guest, you may add up to four additional guest $25 a night per person or $125 a week per person.
Rates are all inclusive, there are no other fees and or charges!

If you need additional accommodations for a large family reunion or gathering you can rent both Norally House ( 6 bedroom, 4 bath that can accommodate up to 23) and The Rose (5 bedroom, 3 bath that can accommodate up to 18) which is located a short drive on over 29 acres of breathtaking nature and mountain views.

Come and enjoy the Holiday Season in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, North Carolina--don't forget think snow. Biltmore Estate begins Christmas Tours on Nov. 7th and as always there are many Holiday activities through out the area, from Nov. through Jan. Norally House is completely decorated inside and out during this time. We hope this extended season will allow everyone the chance to experience the wonderful Christmas Spirit that abounds in these mountains.
